- Free Version: Users have access to limited features and must view advertisements.
- Paid Version: Users enjoy full access to all features and an ad-free experience.

To use certain features of MiaoPiano, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
Some features of MiaoPiano require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any related taxes. Subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis as indicated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
6. Advertisements
The Free Version of MiaoPiano is supported by advertisements. As a free user, you agree to the display of advertisements within the app. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements and do not endorse the products or services advertised.
7. Use of Service
You agree to use MiaoPiano only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems or networks.
- Use the service to transmit any malicious code such as viruses or to spam or phish users.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on MiaoPiano, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of MiaoPiano or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.
9. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy
MiaoPiano respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the service.

MiaoPiano is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to its availability, reliability, or suitability for your purposes. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiaoPiano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MiaoPiano shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vietnam.
